Ingredients
1 cup ( about 10) garic scapes cup into 1 inch pieces
1 cup Cilantro lightly packed
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup walnuts
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 t easpoon sea salt
Preparation
Place all ingredients in food processser
Process until smooth
Refrigerate or freeze in an airtight contaniner until ready to use
