About the Recipe

Ingredients

1 bunch Kale, thorolghly washed and dried. Ribs removed and cut into 2 inch strips

2 Tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F


  2. Toss kale with oil until evenly coated in oil

  3. Place kale on baking sheet in a single layer beign careful to make sure the leaves do not overlap

  4. Bake for 10 minutes

  5. Flip over kale leaves

  6. Bakes for an additional 10 minutes

  7. Cool slightly before serving

  8. Pro tip store at room temperature in an airtight container
